Jan has published his own research in peer-reviewed papers in this field and is one of the first people in the world to have earned an MSc in Systems Science. Jessica is the co-founder & Managing Director at Leadapreneur, an innovation consultancy that enables companies innovate and fight the disruption. She has co-founded 3 successful organisations in London, Cambodia and Malaysia. These businesses were started from scratch, became profitable within 20 months, resulting in the development of tens of thousands of individuals around the world.
Jessica is passionate about empowering women to lean in. She recently spoke on TEDx about gender pay gap, and what women can do to stop being the discount. Her energy, charisma and strength allow her to connect with her audiences and awaken their desire to change. She is the Development Director at Lean In Malaysia and champions the Lean In Career Programme, an 8-week accelerator aimed at empowering female professionals to achieve their career goals. As a One Girl International Ambassador, she has led campaigns that have raised over $100K USD to send girls back to school in Sierra Leone.
Educated in Switzerland, Spain, UK and USA, Jessica has spent over 10 years building leadership and innovation capabilities in global Fortune500 companies, education institutions, NGOs and government entities across Europe and Asia, resulting in providing her tools and insights to over 30,000 people. A qualified Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner, Jessica managed the world’s largest leadership congress in Brazil, and has chaired and moderated international conferences of up to 2,000 delegates in Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Islamabad, Istanbul, London and Paris, focused on the sphere of entrepreneurship, innovation and women in business. She has consulted with a wide range of international clients from rapidly growing start-ups in New York to the Government in rural China, and has been engaged as an adjunct lecturer for social entrepreneurship at INTI and Puthisastra Universities. Jessica is also an avid fitness enthusiast, and in her free time she trains for IRON(WO)MAN triathlons.
