I am a leadapreneur; an autonomous digital innovator with the skill, will, and community to build better worlds using the power of technology.
As a leadapreneur, I acknowledge I am granted 3 fundamental freedoms:

1. I am free to decide what to create, nobody can tell me what to do. I am responsible for my creations and I am accountable for their successes and consequences.
2. I am free to change anything I want, whenever I want, without needing anyone’s permission. I am responsible for communicating change to my stakeholders in an effective and timely manner.
3. I am free to participate in the community, and I can share what I think and feel in a safe and respected manner without fear of reprisal or shame. I am responsible for playing my part in sustaining our community’s cosmos, and ensuring others can be heard too, even if they are voices I disagree with.

Upon my honour, I will pursue these freedoms in alignment with these Principles:

• Spirit - I will be my authentic self, I will be open to new ideas and feedback, I will be transparent in what I decide and do, I will be disciplined in my execution, and I will be reflective in my learning.
• Commitment - I will complete the innovation quests I start, and when times are tough, I will seek out help and support to ensure I succeed.
• Mantra - I will believe in myself. I will be brave. I will be bold. I will be brilliant. I will build my better world.
• Meaning - I will create things I believe are important for the people I care about.
• Methodology - I will pursue my journeys by caring about making things better, creating exciting ideas, leading inspiring change, delivering impressive results, and then reviewing what was achieved
• Ethics – I will work in a way that elevates Human consciousness and respects differences. I will avoid paths that crush, demean, hurt, disrespect, or destroy the Human spirit.
• Learning - I will develop my leadership, management, entrepreneurship, communication, and collaboration skills to the best of my ability, and I will help others develop theirs too.

I make this oath freely and in good faith; upon my honour I will hold myself to these freedoms and principles so long as I am a leadapreneur.
