We are looking to generate a strategic, long-term partnership with an organization, or individual, who would be responsible for all sales activities, from lead generation through to close, of Leadapreneur’s innovative programmes.

Sales Partner Role

REQUIREMENTS
  • Proven sales experience & network. You must have a great understanding of KL’s existing network, particularly corporate network in order to proactively use it to drive sales.
  • Results-oriented. We are looking for tangible outcomes, not the hours you spend in front of your laptop. You must be focused and “go the extra mile” on reaching your sales targets.
  • Highly independent. As agile leadapreneurs, we have a virtual office meaning that all employees work across the city with flexible hours and do not need to make office hours strictly at one specific location.
  • Ambitious, with solid communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in English.

3-MONTH PROBATION
  • You will be given a 3-month probation to prove yourself to achieve the objective.
  • Identify 30 relevant prospects to reach out to.
  • Attend 3 ‘initial meetings’ per week to present the Leadapreneur Talent Ecosystem.
  • Work towards a success rate of 1 in 3 becoming clients with the ambition of reaching 1,000,000 MYR in sales as rapidly as possible.

​COMPENSATION
  • 20% of the contracted final value of any sales that you achieve.
  • This will be paid within 14 days of Leadapreneur receiving the initial 50% deposit.
  • Leadapreneur will provide all materials, cover travel costs and any other reasonable discretionary costs.
  • (Optional) opportunity to become a Certified Lifepath Trainer & Coach.
  • Long term opportunity to own shares at Leadapreneur.
