Onboarding to GAMMA Day
Toshiba and TEKA partnered with Leadapreneur in 2025 to run the Toshiba-TEKA Greatness Games, an 8-week AI-powered accelerator. The mission was specific: shift the sales and technical teams from product-led to solution-led selling using AI tools. Three journeys (Problem -> Ideation -> Prototype) took every participant from problem identification to a commercial pitch. The programme closed at the Explorer’s Lodge, where 33 teams presented AI-powered solutions to TEKA leadership.
“The Toshiba Greatness Games was born out of necessity — the need to break away from the usual, to push Toshiba forward in realizing our vision of becoming the #1 Lifestyle Brand in Malaysia. Beyond spearheading the program, I also joined as a participant. And that decision changed me. I’ve learned to think differently, to see challenges through new lenses, and to appreciate how AI can empower rather than replace. The experience has stretched my thinking, refined my leadership, and reignited my passion for growth.”

AMK Cambodia — one of Southeast Asia's largest microfinance institutions — first partnered with Leadapreneur in 2016, when 18 C-Suite and senior leaders generated USD 124,000 in innovation value in just three months. Nearly a decade later, AMK came back. The 2025 AMK Greatness Tournament took employees through a four-phase journey (Problem -> Idea -> Prototype -> Test) on the COSMOS platform, with AI-assisted prototyping, Innovation Coins, and a Palace of Champions graduation. Combined valuation across both engagements: over USD 1 million. A 9-year proof point that the methodology compounds.
“The AMK Greatness Tournament represents a journey of growth, courage, and self-confidence. It is more than a competition, it is a space where individuals are challenged to step outside their comfort zones, discover their potential, and strive for excellence together. Participants became more courageous in expressing ideas, more supportive of one another, and more confident in stepping into leadership moments, including using AI.” Deth Socheath, Head of Human Resources, AMK
